TC Ohio Properties LLC of Marion Ohio has 40+ years of experience in the home rehab and rental business. We are driven to provide quality housing to quality residents.
Our homes are available to the self-pay / cash renter as well as Section Eight / Metro. We work closely with Marion Metropolitan housing in an effort to help others get a leg up, as many of us have had in our own lives.
Our staff of property managers, maintenance crews, and office personnel work closely together to provide a quality relationship with our tenants.
