Do you currently have homes available for rent? Where?
Yes! Our homes rent extremely fast, and we respect the privacy of all of our residents. With that being said, if we were to post a property address, there’s a good chance that someone could go to the property trying to check it out, after a new resident has moved in. We want to avoid this for your sake!
What's up with the $25 application fee?
The fee covers only a small fraction of the cost it takes to perform background checks, credit checks, reference checks, etc. This is why a handful of others charge upwards of $75! There is no fee for Pre-Applications, and an application fee is only applied after you've selected a home you wish to apply to.
I don’t want to complete an application until I see the home!
No problem, we do occasionally host open houses for the general public, which you are invited to attend, just stay tuned. However, it’s very likely that the home will already be rented to someone who has already completed the application process. So if you are a serious renter, we encourage you to complete an application and let us find your next home!
What happens if my application is not approved?
Unlike others, we have the opportunity to find another home that you will very likely be approved for! And you won’t be required to pay another application fee! Application fees are good for 90 days.
What’s the rent?
Our homes are priced fairly, ranging from $449 - $1199 and you can expect rents around market rate. If the home happens to be out of your current price range, we can very likely find another suitable home for you! Moreover, we like to show homes ASAP, to hopefully benefit YOU. With that being said, occasionally the office has yet to set definitive rental rates on the particular property being shown.
Do you accepts pets? How about metro?
We have multiple properties that accept both!
Do you pay utilities, or do I?
Residents are responsible for all utilities.
