Our Process
Once we receive a completed application (verified by our office to be “completed”) the applicant(s) are screened and background checks are completed. Once approved, potential tenants are contacted by first-come, first-serve order with a listing of available properties to choose from for viewing/tours. This gives the tenant accurate and up to date information on what is available and what will be coming soon that they may choose from.
Important Guidelines
- We do not show properties before submitted applications
- We have application hours at our office on Fridays from 9a-noon.
- We accept Metropolitan subsidizing
- We allow pets as approved by property management
- We accept security deposit subsidization
- $25 Application Fee, payable by cash or money order
